Are you ready to check out the new part of the famous horror game series, Amnesia: Rebirth? The events take place in Algeria in the 30s. The main character named Tasi, as part of an archaeological group, is wrecked in the desert. She wakes up in a crashed plane and quickly realizes that a lot of time has passed: apparently, she had already left this place, but returned – something happened. As in the previous chapters, the heroine gradually regains memories and collects a picture of the tragedy.
In the process, you will have to visit atmospheric caves and ancient Algerian fortresses, as well as “another world”, which was mentioned in the previous pats of “Amnesia”. Delving into local history, gradually reconstructing the picture of past eventscreates a special archaeological thrill.
After walking a little through the desert, the heroine finds herself in the most interesting locations in the history of video games – narrow dark caves. Wandering through the stone labyrinths, you can feel the frustrating, alarming atmosphere of this place. The basis of the game is still the same – we walk, look for objects, solve puzzles, occasionally hide from monsters and use physics. As before, you need to pull and push doors, move boxes and throw objects.
But here everything is much longer and trickier, even with the simplest tasks like getting to the exit of the dungeon. You crawl along caves and ruins for a long, long time, unravel riddles and finally find a way out. But no, it turns out that you need to find two more keys. You return to the ruins, search for them, finallydiscover what you need, run happily to the exit… And then the heroine falls even deeper into the basement. Now you need to look for a new path. And when you eventually seem to be close to walking out, there are monsters roaming there! Yes, it’s going to take a while to complete Amnesia: Rebirth, but it’s definitely worth it. Enjoy this grim mystical story online and see if you can reunite with your husband!
